Terms of Service
What this site is, what it is not, and what happens the moment you press a buying button.
egree.net is a catalogue. It shows the EGREE range, describes it in our own words and prices, and sends you to our retail partner to buy. It is not a shop: it takes no orders, holds no stock, ships nothing and refunds nothing.
Prices and availability
The figures here come from our own catalogue, which we update on a schedule. Between two updates a price moves and a finish sells out. The figure at the checkout is the one that counts, and where the two disagree the checkout wins.
Measurements
Every piece page names the assembled dimensions, the height range and the weight the piece is rated to carry. Those are the facts that decide whether something fits your room and your child, and they come from our product data rather than from a photograph. A measurement that is not on the page is one we are not claiming.
Buying
Payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. The terms, the delivery estimate, the returns window and the customer service are all theirs, and any dispute about an order is between you and them.
Assembly and use
Furniture does not supervise a child. A changing table has a belt and four raised sides and it is still a surface a baby can roll off in the second a hand leaves them, so the strap and the hand are both part of using one. A step stool puts a toddler at counter height, next to a hob and a kettle, and nothing about the rail changes what is on that counter. A potty seat is a seat, not a stage in development: children reach that stage at different ages, and a child who is not ready is not made ready by a ladder. We publish the weight limits, the platform heights and the toilet shapes these pieces fit, and we do not publish advice about your child. Where a question is about a child rather than about a piece of furniture - readiness, delay, a fall, a knock to the head - a pediatrician is the right person to ask, and the assembly instructions in the box are the ones that count over anything written here.

What is ours
The words on this site are written for it and the layout is ours. Product photographs belong to the brand and are shown here to describe what is being sold. Copying a page wholesale is not on. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine and welcome.
Liability
We take care with every figure and correct the ones that turn out to be wrong. We cannot promise a page is free of error, and we are not liable for a decision made on one. Nothing here is medical advice.
