What we can help with
Whether a piece fits: the height a changing table reaches, the platform heights a step stool steps through, the toilet shapes a potty seat sits on. Send the page you were on and the measurement you are working to - the height of your own hip, the depth of the alcove, the shape of the toilet rim - and the answer will be a real one.
What we cannot help with
An order. We do not take them, so we cannot find one, change one, chase one or refund one. That is all with our retail partner, and the order page in your account there is the fastest route to it. Missing hardware and a damaged part are theirs too, and they replace both.
A wrong figure
Tell us the page and the number. A wrong measurement is a fault on our side, and it gets fixed on the next update rather than argued about.
How long
A couple of working days. There is no queue system, no ticket number and no automatic reply that says your message is important to us.
